As soon as you put solid food into your stomach, you will stop fasting and cleansing.

By fasting and detoxification, you can cure all diseases because every disease has ONE SINGLE cause – TOXIC WASTE ACCUMULATION which leads to STAGNATION.
Why is Juicing Important?
Did you know that your body can't get to the nutrients from vegetables and fruits because it's encased in fiber? Some 90% of the nutrients in produce we eat are eliminated with the vegetable fiber as it passes through the body. The most valuable things in life – like the vital part of fruits and vegetables are the most difficult to reach because they are deep within the fibers.
The reason juicing and juice fasting is imperative to our health is because the juicer is separating the fiber from the juice, making the vitamins and minerals easily available to our body, where they can be used entirely in the nourishment and regeneration of the cells and tissues, glands and organs of our body. Our digestive system can absorb juice from juicing within minutes without weighing down the gastrointestinal tract.
Wrong eating habits that we have come to love are killing us. Animal protein and starchy grains like flour products become sticky glue in our system, which leads to a clogged up body with pus, mucus, toxins and foreign matter. As we have learned in the last chapter, mucus and toxins lead to inflammations and cell death in our system. We demand too much from our bodies as we live our hectic and stressful lives.
